step 1:
install nodejs https://nodejs.org/en/download/

step 2:
download and install vscode https://code.visualstudio.com/download

step 3:
open the file(floder) i delivered in with vscode

step 4:
open terminal in vscode

step 5:
type npm i on the vscode terminal.
